John and his crew did an awesome job in our crawlspace. We did not have enough support and we were starting to see cracks between the ceiling and the walls in our house. We were way over priced by another company and we wanted another estimate. Spartan is way cheaper in price so of course we went with them. It's been a month or two since they did the work and I'm telling you what it is paying off, I barely see cracks between my ceiling and walls. I was impressed that the cracks are closing back, amazing work by Spartan. They are also a Veteran company we should support more veterans and their hard work! We are new home owners and unfortunately realized a month in that our crawl space was in terrible shape with an improperly done and incomplete encapsulation. John came out and inspected and gave a very honest, straightforward, and professional opinion on what was needed to get things corrected. This was in stark contrast to the other companies that gave estimates. It was clear that Spartan Wall Repair cares about this work and focuses on getting things done right without the manipulative salesperson tactics and extortion-level prices. We soon after had them back out to install drainage lines for our downspouts. Both jobs were done quickly and efficiently with a crew of 2-3 people. Several months ago, I contacted Spartan Wall Repair along with a few other companies to gather quotes. After meeting with all of them, we decided to go with Spartan for our basement needs and Iâm very glad we did. The job was completed to my full satisfaction and beyond. The carbon fiber strips were installed properly, and they also replaced my aging sump pump. The team was courteous, professional, and hardworking throughout the entire process.

We had Spartan replace two outside downspout drains that run from our house to the street, and we couldnât be happier with the experience.
Matt met with us, evaluated the situation, and put a plan in place. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pressured us into making a sale, which we really appreciated.
The team was able to install the new drains within a reasonable timeframe. Jason and Dylan did an excellent job with the installation, put the sod back in place, added seed and straw, and took care of all the cleanup when they were finished.

I accidentally called this place inquiring about a basement support post fix and realized during the conversation that I had called the wrong state as they had the same town name. Dave answered the phone and once we realized that he was in Ohio and I was in New Jersey, he was still willing to talk me through what kind of work needed to be done on my basement and allowed me to send him pictures and talk through what he thinks needs to be done. My partner and I recently purchased our first house and it is about 100 years old and needs a decent amount of love. We were recommended Spartan by our Real Estate Agent. And they were great they came in and installed the Support beams we needed quickly and efficiently even with the power in my area going off for about 30 minutes in the middle of them mixing cement! Spartan Wall Repair came out and took care of me just like they said they would. There's a reason this company gets so many five-star reviews. My wife and I bought an old house that needs some TLC. There were two things we really needed to have done structurally: Interior drainage to keep water out of the basement/pressure off the walls and supporting the floor joist system in the crawl space. We are having our first child soon. The room above the crawl space is a forbidden area and is in no condition to bring a child home to. We really needed to get this work done. Spartan understood the pinch we were in and got their crew out as quickly as possible. The quality of work they did was amazing. The plans they created were the most extensive on the two things we needed most. No extra selling. No fluff. They did interior drainage on every exterior wall and wrapped off the ends. They also hit every floor joist in the crawl space with supplemental beams. The floor feels rock solid now. Zero bounce. The crew they had was awesome. It was actually a joy having them over. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing structural repairs done.

Spartan was great to work with! John came out and took a look at a crawl space vent that was letting in water. He thoroughly explained what was causing the issue and how they could fix it. We ended up having 3 crawl space vents blocked in, as well as a French drain and a buried downspout drain installed to draw water away from the side of the house where water was collecting. Dave and his crew did the install and they did a great job! I highly recommend Spartan!

The retaining wall between myself and neighbor was leaning really bad. I could not walk between my AC unit and the wall. Spartan Wall Repair was able to âpushâ the existing wall back into place and installed a French drain to help it stay in place. They scheduled work on one of the hottest days but still got it done. The crew was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommended Spartan for wall and drainage issues.

Spartan put in a french drain a short while ago. During the last windstorm one of my trees uprooted and took a portion of the drain with it. I called Spartan and they came out quickly, found the portion that had been displaced, made sure it was uninjured and put it back. The water hasn't been pooling against my house since the drain went in and I'm very happy with it and Spartan's service.

Spartan Wall Repair just completed installing floor load beam supports & crawlspace encapsulation for me. Needless to say, it is not something you find out that needs to be done.
