We are new home owners and unfortunately realized a month in that our crawl space was in terrible shape with an improperly done and incomplete encapsulation. John came out and inspected and gave a very honest, straightforward, and professional opinion on what was needed to get things corrected. This was in stark contrast to the other companies that gave estimates. It was clear that Spartan Wall Repair cares about this work and focuses on getting things done right without the manipulative salesperson tactics and extortion-level prices. We soon after had them back out to install drainage lines for our downspouts. Both jobs were done quickly and efficiently with a crew of 2-3 people. I accidentally called this place inquiring about a basement support post fix and realized during the conversation that I had called the wrong state as they had the same town name. And they were great they came in and installed the Support beams we needed quickly and efficiently even with the power in my area going off for about 30 minutes in the middle of them mixing cement! There's a reason this company gets so many five-star reviews. My wife and I bought an old house that needs some TLC. There were two things we really needed to have done structurally: Interior drainage to keep water out of the basement/pressure off the walls and supporting the floor joist system in the crawl space. We are having our first child soon. The room above the crawl space is a forbidden area and is in no condition to bring a child home to. We really needed to get this work done. Spartan understood the pinch we were in and got their crew out as quickly as possible. The quality of work they did was amazing. The plans they created were the most extensive on the two things we needed most. No extra selling. No fluff. They did interior drainage on every exterior wall and wrapped off the ends. They also hit every floor joist in the crawl space with supplemental beams. The floor feels rock solid now. Zero bounce. The crew they had was awesome. It was actually a joy having them over. Spartan was great to work with! John came out and took a look at a crawl space vent that was letting in water. He thoroughly explained what was causing the issue and how they could fix it. We ended up having 3 crawl space vents blocked in, as well as a French drain and a buried downspout drain installed to draw water away from the side of the house where water was collecting. Spartan put in a french drain a short while ago. During the last windstorm one of my trees uprooted and took a portion of the drain with it. I called Spartan and they came out quickly, found the portion that had been displaced, made sure it was uninjured and put it back. The water hasn't been pooling against my house since the drain went in and I'm very happy with it and Spartan's service. ~ Patti F

Spartan Wall Repair just completed installing floor load beam supports & crawlspace encapsulation for me. Needless to say, it is not something you find out that needs to be done.
